Petit Lulu Snappi Fastener

This practical and safe nappy fastener is used to secure traditional terry nappies, muslin squares and prefold nappies. Petit Lulu Snappi Fasteners are simple to use and are a great economical cloth nappy choice.

This T-shaped fastener is stretchy, with little claws on each end that securely hook into the nappy fabric. Snappi Fasteners are quicker, easier, safer and more adjustable than traditional nappy pins. To use, simply hook one end of the T to the nappy fabric at one thigh, and while holding down the nappy with the other hand, stretch the fastener across to secure at the other thigh, before pulling the last clip down to secure on the fabric between the legs. With the correct tension, this should form a ‘Y’ shaped grip, securing the nappy firmly in place – then add your waterproof nappy cover over the top.

To improve its elasticity, stretch the arms of your new Snappi (avoiding the sharp teeth) a few times before use.
